This webpage provides access to the genome browser. Alternatively, users can open the rice genome browser by visiting this link.
By default, the browser opens the O. sativa cv. Nipponbare genome (IRGSP 1.0) or the last genome you have viewed.
Browser Functions:
- Click on 'Genome' in the following genome browser to select another rice genome
- Click on 'Track' to add your data track
- Click on the 'View' to search for a sequence or set view options
- Select the provided data (on the left) to display the track
- On the right-hand side main genome feature browsing panel, use the dropdown option next to the track name to select display options
- Click on the feature to access feature details
